Criminal Defense, Business Litigation & Family Law Attorney
Vanessa Arrieta is a Florida trial attorney and former prosecutor representing clients in criminal defense, business litigation, and family law. She began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, where she handled hundreds of hearings, motions, and trials — including serious felony cases as a Felony Division Lead. That courtroom experience gives her clients a strategic advantage from the very beginning of their case.
As a former prosecutor, Vanessa understands how cases are built, how evidence is evaluated, and where cases are most vulnerable. She uses that insider perspective to challenge the State's case early, negotiate from a position of strength, and take cases to trial when that's what the situation calls for.
Vanessa also handles business disputes — from breach of contract and partnership conflicts to commercial landlord-tenant matters — and family law matters including divorce, custody, and support. Clients get straight answers, a realistic plan, and direct access to Vanessa from start to finish.
“Whether you're facing charges, a business dispute, or a family matter, we start with the same question: what outcome are we trying to achieve, and what's the smartest path to get there?”
